She holds a diploma (Adv. Trib. Ecc. Melit.) obtained from the Archbishop’s Curia to practice before the Metropolitan Tribunal and in the past occupied the post of Chairperson of the Value Added Tax Appeals Board and served as a member on the Customs Appeals Board.

Founding partner of Naudi Mizzi & Associates Advocates. He graduated with a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and was admitted to the bar in 1995. He possesses a post graduate Masters in Financial Services, a Diploma in Taxation Studies and has successfully completed the MFSA/IFSP First Certificate in Trusts law and Management and the MFSA/IFSP Foundation Certificate in Trusts law and Management – “The International Aspects of Trusts and Companies”.
His practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial matters, company law, taxation and litigation. He acts for many local and international corporate clients and has been a speaker at various seminars on company legislation and co-operative society legislation. He served as a councillor for the Sliema Local Council between 1993 and 1998. He is also an appointed Arbitrator with the Malta Arbitration Centre and a member of the Administrative Review Tribunal. He is a member of the Corporate Tax Alliance. He also served as a member of the Executive Board of the European Law Firm between 2015-2018.

Accountant at Naudi Mizzi & Associates Advocates. Claire graduated in 1995 after obtaining a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Malta. She also obtained the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy & Management) in 1993. She is an associate of the Malta Institute of Accountants (AIA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She also holds a Diploma In Taxation Studies.
Claire carries out all accountancy work in connection with N Trust Limited’s corporate clients and acts as the office administrator.

Tyrone is an associate at Naudi Mizzi & Associates Advocates, who advises clients on a range of legal issues, including civil law, property law, commercial transactions, employment law, EU competition law and represents clients in their litigious and judicial affairs.
Basing his Research Paper on antitrust cartel detection, Tyrone graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2016 which was accompanied by a Master of Advocacy degree in 2017. A year after he was admitted to the bar and has been practising in the Maltese Civil Courts of Justice ever since.
As part of his academic and professional development, Tyrone partook an additional Master’s degree on the subject of Constitutional Reform, Separation of Powers and the Rule of Law, which he passed with distinction.
