In order to safeguard the health and safety of both professionals and other individuals, the Firm is implementing a series of measures with effect from Monday, 10th August 2020 which shall be adhered to at all times:

  • Meetings shall, as much as possible, be held remotely through available online platforms or via other means of remote communication;
  • Where meetings may not be held remotely, individuals who attend the Firm’s offices shall wear a mask or visor at all times;
  • Individuals entering the Firm’s offices shall make use of the hand sanitising dispenser available upon entry;
  • Individuals’ temperature will be checked upon arrival. Those displaying fever (37.2 oC or more) or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed entry at the Firm’s offices, in which eventuality, meetings shall be rescheduled. The Firm reserves the right to request the concerned individual to provide proof of clearance by a medical professional;
  • Meetings shall only be taken by appointment in advance. In such cases, those making the appointment must inform the Firm who will be attending the meeting, unless it is possible to hold the meeting remotely via videoconferencing or other means of remote communication. The Firm reserves the right to refuse meetings with individuals who have not made an appointment in advance;
  • Social distancing shall be maintained at all times. Where the presence of more than two (2) individuals is necessary, the Firm’s representative/s shall be duly notified at least one (1) day prior to the meeting. Any individuals in the Firm’s offices shall rigorously follow its instructions;
  • If documents are required for the meeting or otherwise requested by the Firm, these shall be sent electronically on [email protected] or directly to the Firm’s representatives. The Firm reserves the right to refuse to accept physical documents, unless expressly necessary for the purposes of verification;
